The Millbury Parents Club was founded in the 1970's. It's mission is to sponsor social functions and fundraisers which supplement the Educational and Cultural experiences of the Millbury Public School students.
Last year we raised over $40,000.00 and supported the following: 20 Cultural programs for grades K-6, Reading Incentive Programs, RIF (Reading is Fundamental), Transportation coast for Camp Bournedale-Grade 6, Transportation costs for YMCA-Grade 4, PBIS-Shaw, Elmwood's Literacy Night...just to name a few.
There are many children who would never be able to experience these activities if not for your generosity.
Times are tough and we need all the help we can get...WE NEED YOU! Please come to a meeting and check us out! It is a great way to meet new people and get involved in your child's school. |
